Welcome to the ACR/ARHP Annual Scientific Meeting Itinerary Builder. Here you can search or browse events scheduled for the 2009 meeting,
create your own schedule of events, check for personal conflicts, record notes, and download to your Personal Digital Assistant
(PDA). If you download to PDA, we reccomend you wait until the day before travel to ensure you have the latest schedule updates.
The Itinerary Builder is simply a planning tool, not a way to register for sessions.
Use the button to the left of each session title to add them to your personal schedule or reading list.
Click repeatedly on the button to change the value as follows:
Titles marked SKIP will not be added to your personal schedule, nor reading list.
Titles marked ATTEND will be added to your personal schedule. Your personal schedule can be printed or imported into a calendar or PDA.
Titles marked READ will be added to your reading list. These are things you might decide not to attend, but want to read the handout later (during or after the conference).
How to Log In to the Itinerary Builder:
Regardless if you're a first-time user or a returning user, enter your e-mail address and a password
below and click the "Log in" button. By using your e-mail address and password, you can access the Itinerary Builder at any time from any computer connected to the Internet.
First-time users:
- Your e-mail address will serve as a login ID and will not be used to send you unsolicited e-mail.
- The password must include between 3 and 8 characters. Passwords longer than 8 characters will be truncated. It can include letters and numbers.
- You will receive an e-mail to remind you of your username and password. It will also include a link that automatically logs you into the Itinerary Builder.
Returning users:
If you forgot your password, enter your e-mail address on the left then click the appropriate button. We will e-mail it to you.
Features of the Itinerary Builder:
-
Browse/Search: You have several options for searching or browsing the program. Search to quickly find
particular speakers or topics of interest. Browse to learn what else has been scheduled.
-
My Schedule: A concise display of the events that you have chosen to attend, including a Schedule-At-A
Glance and Detailed Schedule. The details of your schedule can be saved on your hard drive and then loaded
into the datebook on your desktop and PDA; or it can be printed.
-
My Reading List: You will probably find more events of interest than you can possibly attend at the
meeting. The Itinerary Builder allows you to add those events to a hyperlinked "reading" list for future
reference.
-
Add Event: Your schedule can include events not in the official program, such as a lunch or dinner
date with a colleague.
-
Help: You can obtain more detailed instructions on using it by clicking the "Help" link at the top of
the page.
