Session Overview:
Workflow should be centered on the patient and how effectively physicians can improve clinical management and maximize financially. Patient flow is a complex process that encompasses everything from the patient’s appointment request, patient check-in, the provision of patient care, and patient checkout. With that in mind, it is important to understand the key areas that physician practices can manage effectively and efficiently the practice and maintain patient satisfaction.



The philosophy of how the medical practice handles patients and operational flow is an invaluable tool for all employees and the success of any practice.
